JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of a portfolio of funds, including private equity and debt investment strategies.
  • Drive successful delivery of core operational processes: draw downs, distributions, investment transactions, investor reporting, and financing arrangements.
  • Manage new business activities: client acceptance, entity establishment, and setup of client-specific operational processes.
  • Engage with clients, board members, and third-party intermediaries (banks, lawyers, accountants) through various communication channels.
  • Support and train junior team members.
  • Process and review client payments across various bank platforms.
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reporting for fund entities in collaboration with Alter Domus's Fund Accounting team.
  • Assist with the audit process and coordinate audits per client requirements.
  • Maintain effective cash management for client entities.
  • Collaborate with the company secretarial team to ensure smooth governance responsibilities and reporting.
  • Handle client transactions with support from the Engagement Manager.
  • Assist in preparing Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence Files.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification or be advancing towards one.
  • Possess relevant industry experience in a similar role.
  • Exhibit solid organizational skills with proven ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Ambitious and a good communicator with high energy and commitment.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • High level of IT literacy is essential.
