As a Regional Talent Administrator at Lidl, you will support the delivery of training and development for all colleagues across your region. This is an exciting role that involves direct support for the Regional Talent Manager, making a real difference in the work lives of your colleagues.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the progress of regional induction and basic training, ensuring timely completion.
- Support line managers and colleagues in addressing training-related issues.
- Analyse Talent KPIs to identify trends and improve regional results.
- Assist the Regional Talent Manager in various projects including Talent Cycle and Emerging Talent Forums.
What You'll Need
- At least one year of professional experience (HR management desirable).
- Enthusiasm for providing high-quality training and development.
- Flexible communication skills to influence regional colleagues.
- Excellent planning and organization skills with attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for prioritizing deadlines.
