Cromwell Group currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join Cromwell Group's team in the World Distribution Centre.

What will you do on a normal day?

• Handle product safely with a high degree of accuracy.
• Safely build pallets, carts, or cages of product for receiving, loading, and delivery.
• Adhere to all stock management processes and procedures.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and achieve KPI targets.
• Safely operate various types of equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor lines.
• Maintain housekeeping requirements to ensure a clean environment.
• Work efficiently as part of a team and fulfil necessary training programs.

What are Cromwell Group looking for?

• Previous experience in a Warehouse environment (desirable).
• Understanding of stock management systems (desirable).
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
