Pay

Salary: £26,753.70 per annum full-time equivalent (35 hours per week).

For 14 hours per week, salary equates to £10,701.48 per annum; for 21-27 hours per week, the salary ranges from £16,052.22 to £20,638.57.

Contract Type

This position is part-time, with flexible hours agreed upon with successful candidates.

Shift and Schedule

Flexitime options include:

• 14 hours per week, working 7 hours a day, two days per week.
• 21 to 27 hours per week, working mornings, afternoons, or full days.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Adviser, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a first-class customer-focused service.
• Handling a diverse range of telephone enquiries, emails, live chat, and face-to-face interactions.
• Providing support to CHS Group's Housing Management and Property Services Teams.
