This is an exciting opportunity to join the operational team at Station Hill as a Guest Experience Host. Native Residential's team is dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience and ensuring that Native Residential's beautifully presented building maintains its reputation.
As a Guest Experience Host, you will take ownership of ensuring an outstanding customer service environment. You'll need to build rapport with guests, answer queries confidently, and manage various administrative duties to support the One Station Hill team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service at all times
- Coordinate facilities and administrative tasks
- Foster genuine relationships with occupiers and guests
Requirements:
- Previous team leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport
