Trainee Recruitment Consultant Immediate Start

RGB Network is looking to onboard ambitious trainees to develop their careers in a fast-paced recruitment environment. With over 25 years of experience, RGB Network has grown organically by hiring, coaching, and developing trainees into Senior and Leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Learn the recruitment process (360 role).
• Generate monthly recruitment placements from lead generation to post-placement management.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of business and generate new leads.
• Book client meetings and attend industry events.
• Build a LinkedIn presence for candidate and client engagement.
• Assist in creating a positive work culture.
