Responsibilities:

As an Advice and Assessment Worker, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Carer’s Assessments
  • Providing advice, information, and support to adult carers
  • Assisting carers who are looking after a relative, partner, friend, or neighbor in need of help due to illness, disability, or old age

The ability to work well in a team is essential!

Working Hours: This role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
