Care Assistant - Urgent, Immediate Start

Overview

As a Care Assistant, you play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to Bupa's residents at Bupa. Bupa pride ourselves on providing person-centred care that supports independence and respects the choices of Bupa's residents.

Shift Pattern:

• Days: 8am - 8pm
• Nights: 8pm - 8am
• Twilight: 6am - 12pm OR 6pm - 12am

You must be flexible to work between Monday and Sunday, including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with clinical, social, and emotional care.
• Support residents' varied requirements from companionship to personal care.
• Collaborate with nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and healthcare professionals.
