Role Overview
As a Food Services Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive top-quality food and exceptional service. Your tasks may vary from helping out in the bakery to serving coffees or preparing pizzas in stores with a café or hot food counter. Your focus will be on meeting customers' needs and creating a welcoming experience that encourages them to return.
Shift Hours
Typical Shifts Include:
- Tuesday: 08:00 - 12:00
- Friday: 15:00 - 11:00
- Saturday: 15:00 - 11:00
- Sunday: 07:00 - 11:00
Requirements
No previous food or retail experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. What is essential is a passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. While not mandatory, familiarity with technology and sales can enhance the customer experience.
