Overview

Argyle Community Trust is seeking a highly motivated and approachable individual for the role of Hub Assistant at Argyle Community Trust's new community facility, currently recognised as Brickfields.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service standards ensuring that all visitors enjoy their visit and experience.
  • Contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of daily operations and emergency procedures, to protect the health and safety of all visitors.
  • Ensure that the building and site area is clean, safe and secure and represents a welcoming appearance to the required standard.
  • Support with front of house services to the public and users of the centre; actively promote all provisions and programmes.
  • Support the preparation and service of food and beverage services to meet food hygiene regulations.
  • Fulfil all safeguarding duties to ensure the safety and well-being of all members and users.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £23,869 per annum.

Shift and Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Environment

The Hub Assistant will support, enhance and deliver the day-to-day operations of the facility; servicing sport, fitness and physical activities across both indoor and outdoor spaces. The role requires evening and weekend work.
