As a Recruitment Consultant in Prospero Recruitment's Teaching Recruitment division, you will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring the best matches for educational roles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
• Source and place candidates in suitable roles.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary of £35,000 with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position with 40 hours per week.
