Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join the fantastic team in Bolton, BL5 1EE. This is an exciting, permanent opportunity reporting into Aramark's General Manager on site and will assume responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant and front of house service.

A day in the life of a Hospitality Supervisor:

• Supervise the day-to-day running of the restaurant
• Conduct daily briefs
• Perform quality check controls
• Ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee setup of catering areas
• Support the Hospitality Team during events
• Receive and address customer complaints appropriately
• Manage and control purchasing for retail and vending
• Organize monthly stock counts and conduct brand standard audits
• Assist in recruitment and retention of team members
• Identify and support team members' career development
• Train new team members on procedures and brand standards
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
