Role Overview: As a Customer Advisor with Argos within Sainsbury's, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to Sainsbury's's customers. You'll be the face of Sainsbury's's brand, assisting customers on tills and collection counters while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service on the shop floor and at checkout.
- Assist colleagues in the stock room as needed.
- Ensure the store is welcoming and well-organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products.
Shift and Schedule:
- Part-time hours with guaranteed shifts each week.
- Weekend availability required.
- Overtime opportunities may be available.
Salary and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
