Dragonfly Cleaning LTD is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join Dragonfly Cleaning LTD's team. This position requires working once every 3 weeks for a total of 4 hours. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in HMOs. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential to ensure that all areas are kept immaculate for Dragonfly Cleaning LTD's clients and guests.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are well-maintained and presentable for guests and staff.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from guests or management.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or functions as required.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Skills

• Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and guests.
• Attention to detail with a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic cooking skills may be beneficial for roles that require meal preparation in addition to cleaning duties.
