Floor staff / Barback

Overview

As a member of the floor/barback team, you will undertake a dual role. You will be responsible for maintaining both the back and front of house to an excellent standard. Additionally, the floor team functions to act as bar-backs, ensuring the smooth running of the bar at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in both back and front of house areas.
• Support bartenders to ensure efficient bar operations.
• Assist with the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.

• Schedule 4 shifts per week, closing time at 03:00.
• Salary £12 – £13 hourly
