Overview

The role of Cook at Carsington Water Visitor Centre involves producing high-quality, freshly cooked food for the Watermark Food to Go Cafe. You will be an integral part of the kitchen operations and will be responsible for ensuring that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with the recipes and quality standards.

Duties

• Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
• Follow proper food safety and Health and Safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stock ordering as required.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Some Front of House working.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Cook, you will play a vital role in New Leaf Catering Partnership Ltd's kitchen operations. A strong work ethic and teamwork skills are essential.

Schedule

• Weekend availability on a rota basis.
• Day shift.
