Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to order with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Adapt to changing priorities and customer requests.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen (restaurant, catering, etc.).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations/legislation.
• Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow.
