Overview

Pause Cat Cafe in Bournemouth aims to improve lives by promoting kindness through animal welfare, ethical eating, volunteering, and community projects. Pause is a peaceful retreat where people can connect and make friends (human and animal!), knowing that they are doing good, while being served excellent quality, healthy, kind food and drink.

Role Overview

As a Kitchen Volunteer, you will help maintain a high standard of service and quality for all visitors in a calm and welcoming environment by assisting with food service and preparation. All team members are expected to follow Pause Charity's mission of kindness to all humans and animals.

Responsibilities

Kitchen Volunteer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing food
• Baking delicious cakes!
• Washing up
• Wrapping cutlery
• Cleaning

Schedule

This role requires availability on weekends:

• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Weekends only

Commute and Location

Ability to commute or relocate:

• Bournemouth, BH1 1EP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
