Warehouse Operative

Overview

Quatro Enterprise Ltd is a UK leading design import/export company in sporting clothing and rapidly expanding Quatro Enterprise Ltd's product range. Due to Quatro Enterprise Ltd's success, Quatro Enterprise Ltd require a professional and motivated individual to join Quatro Enterprise Ltd's team. The individual will be keen, self-motivated, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders
• Booking stock into the warehouse
• Stock checking
• Quality checking
• Running stock reports
• Keeping the warehouse well organised
• Supporting the sales team
• Liaising with couriers
• Generating end-of-day collection reports
• Preparing stock for events & trade shows
• Warehouse support to pick and ship orders
• Heat Pressing Garments (keen attention to details - full training will be provided)
• Providing excellent and professional customer service
• Supporting colleagues with office management
• Providing a clear and friendly telephone manner

Essential Skills and Experience

• Highly organised and able to effectively manage own workload while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to meet tight deadlines when required
• Good comprehension and literacy skills
• Excellent attention to detail with good all-round communication skills
• Excellent PC skills, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• 3 or more GCSEs A-C including English and Maths
• Must hold a full clean UK Driving licence
