Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into Jagland Empire LTD's systems.
• Ensure that all communications adhere to company standards of phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
