Role Overview: Leaf Culture is looking for a dedicated Plant Care Specialist and Fulfillment Associate to join Leaf Culture. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining hundreds of plants, picking and packing orders, and handling customer inquiries via email. If you’re a plant lover with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all plants are healthy, well-watered, and thriving.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring plants are securely packaged and ready for their journey.
• Maintain organisation of stock and update inventory as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, providing excellent service and plant care advice where applicable.
• Assist with plant deliveries, unboxing, and organising new stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the plant storage and work areas.
• Keep up-to-date with plant care techniques and best practices.

About You:

• A strong passion for houseplants and practical experience with plant care.
• Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse work, or online retail is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role that involves physical tasks like lifting, packing, and moving plants.
• Strong communication skills, especially in written form (for handling customer emails).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
