Bartender

Overview

Job Summary: Made in Brasil is seeking a skilled Bartender to join Made in Brasil's team at a vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks to patrons, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Opening Time

Sunday - Thursday: 12h-23h

Friday/Saturday: 12h-02h

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Monitor and manage bar inventory levels
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
• Familiarity with bartending tools and techniques
• Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Understanding of food safety practices in serving beverage
