Overview

A Home For You're looking for Support Workers to join A Home For You's Blossom House location, dedicated to caring for adults with complex care needs.

Responsibilities

• Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
• Taking people on day trips and extracurricular activities like walking and cycling.
• Providing high standards of care in compliance with care plans and CQC regulations.
• Encouraging good community relationships by promoting various activities.
• Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining required records.
• Being empathetic and a team player.

Pay and Benefits

Salary of £26,000 per year, plus a car allowance of £660 per annum.

Shift and Schedule

Mornings, afternoons, evenings, or night shifts are available.
