Recruitment Branch Manager

Overview

Summary:

As a TeacherActive billing Early Years Recruitment Branch Manager, you will oversee a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, supported by senior management. This role requires a proven track record in agency recruitment and management experience in education or social care agency recruitment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead by example to develop business alongside your team.
• Develop and implement branch sales plans to achieve results.
• Conduct regular sales and operations meetings.
• Add to your team to align with the TeacherActive culture.
• Conduct regular 121s and team briefs regarding sales goals and campaigns.
• Recognize employee achievements and foster a culture of excellence.
• Motivate the team to achieve optimal outcomes while maintaining wellbeing.
• Ensure staff development based on feedback from the Learning & Development team.
• Evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and act on feedback.
• Adhere to TeacherActive compliance standards and policies.
• Assess local market conditions and identify opportunities.
• Draft forecasts, manage budgets, and allocate branch funds.
• Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge and achieve goals.

Working Hours:

• Term time: Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
• School holidays: Reduced hours, approx. 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Qualifications:

• Successful billing record in agency recruitment, preferably in education.
• Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers.
• Confident and resilient personality with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and work ethic.
• Ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Knowledge of the education recruitment market.
