Job Overview
Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Analyst to support the Change Manager by developing and driving forward the delivery, implementation, and management of large-scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and public-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing digital solutions, such as digital forms and low code development using the Microsoft Power platform.
- Support the development and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and website content management systems (CMS).
- Improve the content and functionality of Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council's website and intranet to better serve Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council's residents.
- Create streamlined digital forms for residents to access Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council's services online.
- Work collaboratively to drive the design, delivery, and continuous development of Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council's ambitious transformation programme.
Requirements
- A degree level/professional qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Customer Services) or significant equivalent experience.
- ITIL 3 / 4 Foundation or Intermediate certification.
- Experience in a relevant change or digital support function within a large organization.
- Familiarity with specialist CRM software to support a customer-facing environment.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £32,076 to £34,834 per annum.
Hours: 37 Hours per week.
This role is hybrid, based at Newcastle Under Lyme Borough Council's Castle House offices for three days a week, with the option to work from home for two days on a flexible basis.
