Overview

The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is seeking a part-time Livestock and Landscape Administrator to join the team at Mary Arden’s Farm. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a beautiful organic farm setting using traditional farming methods.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position requiring the successful candidate to work 14 hours per week, specifically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on two days between Monday and Friday. Shakespeare Birthplace Trust is flexible regarding the exact working days and hours for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Estates, Livestock and Landscape Manager.
  • Organise and maintain records in compliance with industry and scheme/agreement standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust ordering, invoicing, and personal/time management systems.
  • Manage online and paper file documentation related to livestock and landscape activities.

Requirements

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate should be highly organised, friendly, and able to work independently. Relevant experience in administrative roles or agriculture is beneficial.
