A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to work within the College of Medical Veterinary & Life Sciences. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring an efficient administrative service for all key aspects of clinical practice elements of the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology course.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve the administrative processes related to the academic programme elements.
  • Offer professional advice and guidance to the programme, course leaders, and academic teaching staff to enhance delivery and provide an effective service.
  • Support the modernisation of training delivery, including the increased use of technology-enabled learning systems.
  • Manage a team of PGT admin support staff.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is set at UofG Grade 6, ranging from £33,232 to £36,924 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Pattern

This position is full-time, requiring 35 hours per week. The role allows for hybrid working, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably within higher education.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
