Millbrook Group Ltd is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team at Millbrook Group Ltd's East Sussex Community Equipment Service Centre in Hailsham. You will support the day-to-day efficient running of the depot. Your key focuses will be support to the Operations team, as well as leadership of the warehouse/workshop team.
Responsibilities
- Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork to ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee the day-to-day efficient running of the warehouse and decontamination areas.
- Ensure stock is correctly issued, received, and maintained, supporting stock checks, making adjustments, and accounting for variances.
- Conduct daily warehouse walks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Supervise decontamination of community equipment in line with MHRA guidelines.
- Correctly quarantine, sterilise, and re-pack equipment, ensuring proper documentation.
- Receive all collected and returned stock at the back door.
- Ensure invoice accuracy for collections/returns by verifying goods received notes with each driver.
- Identify training needs for drivers on processes as required.
- Assist field-based technicians by picking, packing, and loading equipment.
- Maintain and update order and stock systems using a scanner.
- Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of the service centre, including equipment repairs and PAT testing.
About You
- Previous Team Leader experience is desirable, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
- Experience in stock control is preferable.
- Logistics, administration, and customer service experience are desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal staff, prescribers, and service users.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be proactive.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role and company.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
