Production Line Leader

Overview

Staffline is recruiting for a with Staffline's client - A Leading National Bakery. This role is based in Milton Keynes, where you will work fixed day shifts.

Role Overview

The rate of pay is £14.30 per hour for the day shift and £16.80 per hour for the night shift. This is a full-time role, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, with hours of work as follows:

• 6am to 6pm
• 6pm to 6am

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Line Leader, your duties will include:

• Motivating a team to meet production targets.
• Ensuring the final product meets client specifications.
• Assigning production line tasks to workers.
• Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.
• Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner.
• Training and supervising new production line workers.
• Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Please note that some heavy lifting might be involved.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Production Line Leader will possess:

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a similar role.
