Role Overview
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will be a vital part of Nuffield Health's multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art environment. Your qualifications will include registration with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a theatre setting.

- Utilize your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs.
- Exercise autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care.
- Supervise junior nursing staff and students, providing day-to-day clinical supervision.
- Contribute to scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Motivate and educate peers within the multidisciplinary team.
- Work flexibly across different shift patterns covering a six-day service, including on-call duties if necessary.
Salary and Benefits
