Roadchef's Site Director, Ivor and his team at Roadchef's new Service area at Stop 24, junction 11 on the M20 near Hythe are looking for an energetic and adaptable Team Member to join their Costa team. You will be part of the prestigious Costa brand, creating and serving Roadchef's delicious Costa drinks, pastries and freshly prepared food. So, you’re sure to enjoy Costa Coffee as much as Roadchef's customers do.
Roadchef offer working patterns on either a Full or Part Time basis, with a variety of shifts available. Roadchef's pay rates will vary depending on your age.
What will set you apart?
It would be ideal for you to have worked in a similar or customer-facing role before; however, this is not required. Roadchef is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service ensuring everyone leaves with a smile on their face. And if you’ve never been in a similar role before, don't worry! Because full training will be provided and you will be given everything you need to excel into an excellent Barista while helping you grow both personally and professionally.
