Class 2 - Night Driver

Overview

ARC (Norwich) Ltd is urgently seeking to recruit for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to work on an ongoing contract in Aylesbury. You will be responsible for making deliveries to ARC (Norwich) Ltd's client's stores, with a maximum of 7 drops per shift. Your tasks will include unlocking closed stores, unloading deliveries with the aid of a tail-lift, and ensuring the stores are locked up after deliveries. ARC (Norwich) Ltd prioritize your safety, providing a body cam and panic alarm for your protection.

Shift Patterns

Shifts are available from Monday to Friday, starting between 22:00 and 01:00, with ongoing work and the potential for temp-to-perm positions. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to multiple locations as scheduled
• Maintain the security of delivery sites
• Ensure compliance with safety and driving regulations

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum of 6 months HGV driving experience commercially in the UK preferred
• Must be PAYE or Umbrella
• Driving Licence with C category, CPC Qualification Card, Tachograph Card required
• Good understanding and proficiency in English
• No more than 6 points on your driving licence
