Ward Manager-9B

Overview

This position will be based at Yeovil District Hospital but may occasionally require cross-site working with Musgrove Park Hospital. Collaborative working is essential across both sites to enhance system and protocol implementation aimed at improving patient care services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ward team and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain the ward's budget effectively.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Salary and Benefits

Shift Patterns

Education and Experience Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
