Search Consultancy LTD seek someone with experience in lettings who wants to join Search Consultancy LTD's growing dynamic team and contribute to an already successful Manchester branch.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with lettings enquiries
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Providing accurate and productive feedback to clients
• Negotiating offers
• Managing lettings progression
• Diary management

Requirements

• Exceptional time management skills
• Experience in lettings is essential
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Competence on the phone
• Passion for property

Salary and Benefits

OTE of £25,000 - £28,000 with a great commission structure and progression opportunities.

Working Hours

Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
