As the Staff Restaurant Chef, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for up to 100 guests daily across breakfast and lunch services. You will be an integral part of the hotel's large culinary team, working closely with Sous Chefs and the Head Chef in the efficient running of a bustling kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality dishes using produce sourced from the hotel's own estate, including an in-house dairy and farm.
- Supporting the team across various kitchen areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining the highest food preparation standards in a Michelin Green Star awarded restaurant focused on sustainability.
- Contributing to catering for weddings and corporate events, utilizing the entire hotel for exclusive use.
This position is perfect for an ambitious chef passionate about creating memorable culinary experiences with top-quality ingredients. While experience in high-profile hotel or restaurant settings is preferred, the hotel is open to training candidates with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £29,350 per year
