Corran Dean is a care farm supporting young adults with autism and learning disabilities, located in Worcestershire between Pershore and Evesham. Corran Support Ltd's purpose-built supported living complex is well-established, and Corran Support Ltd is recruiting new staff to join Corran Support Ltd's team.

Position Overview

Corran Support Ltd is currently seeking waking night support workers for Corran Support Ltd's supported living accommodation. Working night shifts will involve:

  • Directly supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs and additional health issues, such as epilepsy.
  • Assisting with personal care.
  • Working as part of a well-trained and supportive staff team.
  • Using assistive technology systems and receiving support via management ‘on call’.
  • Carrying out various domestic duties.
  • Preparing communication resources and assisting with IT tasks.

Experience and Qualifications

Experience is desirable, but all training can be provided. Epilepsy training is ideal, and candidates must be willing to undertake training and QCF qualifications.
