Are you looking to make a difference in people's lives in a family feel environment? This role offers a fresh challenge with full training provided.
As a full-time support worker, you will work 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, at Corran Support Ltd's rural location in Worcestershire. Corran Support Ltd support young adults with learning disabilities and autism in specialist accommodation, situated on 50 acres of farmland, where tenants have access to animals and horticultural activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with outdoor activities.
- Help clients access the community.
- Support individuals in living as independently as possible.

Work Schedule
Working hours are from 08:00 to 20:00, with full-time hours available and sleeping shifts included.
Education and Experience Requirements
Experience and qualifications are desirable, though all training will be provided. A UK driver's license is essential. Candidates must be physically fit and willing to undertake training and a QCF qualification.
