Working from their bright and modern offices, you will be based within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling work diaries and booking customer appointments.
- Responding to all incoming calls and emails.
- Receiving all relevant information related to repairs and processing/redirecting this to the relevant person.
- Ordering parts and items identified by the engineering teams.
- General administration tasks and providing support to the team.
Requirements
While previous office experience is a bonus, it’s not essential. Anderson Recruitment Ltd's client is very happy to consider candidates who are keen and willing with the desire to grow within an administrative role.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: £24,250
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm – 1 hour for lunch
