An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join RM Medicines as a Pharmacist. The successful candidate will be integral to providing leadership and direction to the pharmacy team with an aim of providing a high-quality outpatient pharmacy service to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the efficient and effective delivery of all aspects of a high quality Outpatient Pharmacy service.
- Contribute to the optimisation and development of the Outpatient Pharmacy.
- Participate in improvement audits and investigate errors, implementing service improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager and deputise in their absence when necessary.
- Act as the responsible Pharmacist as per GPhC regulations when required.
- Manage relevant pharmacy staff and contribute to competency assessment and training plans.
Qualifications and Experience
This post would suit a candidate with community pharmacy experience wishing to transition into the hospital environment, for which appropriate training will be provided.
Education and Skills
- Qualified Pharmacist with relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
