Senior Contracts Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity to join FM Conway's successful Term Maintenance division as FM Conway's Senior Contracts Manager overseeing FM Conway's Richmond and Wandsworth contracts. As FM Conway's Senior Contracts Manager, you will manage the Term Maintenance operations such as footway paving, carriageway re-surfacing, public realm, and traffic projects. This is a permanent, full-time position based from FM Conway's Richmond depot.

Responsibilities

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring the service delivery of the contract.
• Overseeing and managing all client queries and concerns, seeing them through to resolution.
• Providing up-to-date budget and programming information at all project key stages.
• Managing the contract teams and ensuring a high standard of performance is achieved.
• Drafting, coordinating, and reviewing contract documents with the project Quantity Surveyor and internal commercial/contract team.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies through regular team meetings and site visits.
• Promoting business development through regular liaison with both existing and potential clients, maximising partnering opportunities.

Skills and Experience

FM Conway is looking for a practical and personable Senior Contracts Manager who has experience in NEC contracts. You will have solid experience of working on Term Maintenance and highways projects.

You will hold a construction-related degree or an NVQ level 4/5 and HNC/HND or equivalent, as well as a CSCS card. This role will involve travel to other company locations, therefore, you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
