A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Fantastic opportunities have arisen to recruit passionate, dedicated and highly motivated Deputy Ward Managers excited to be part of the Forensic CAMHS service at Ardenleigh.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high quality and compassionate care to young people experiencing complex mental ill health and/or Autistic disorders.
• Acting as a positive role model for staff, supporting frontline teams with supervisions.
• Working within a multidisciplinary team to maintain a positive culture.

Requirements

• RMN/RLDN Qualified, willing to work in a busy challenging role.
• Excellent understanding of Safeguarding and the Mental Health Act.
• Effective communication skills and excellent organizational capability.
• Flexibility in approach to work and a strong “can do” attitude.
