Overview
TeacherActive is one of the largest SEND recruitment agencies, seeking a Home Tutor to support children and young people with special needs. This role focuses on students aged 6 to 18 with MLD, ASD, and ADHD needs.
Role Overview
The Home Tutor will provide 1-to-1 support in core subjects like Maths, English, and Science, adapting to individual learning styles.
Responsibilities
- Work with students with MLD, ASD, and ADHD in home or public settings.
- Provide support across Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5.
Qualifications
- QTS; ECTs are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with special needs education.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding guidelines.
