Job Overview:
The Isle of Wight MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) is establishing a collaborative environment with statutory partners and co-located agencies. This role is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development and implementation of the first MASH on the Isle of Wight.
Responsibilities:
You will be involved in various aspects of MASH operations, including:
- Supporting decision-making processes for children and families.
- Collaborating with a new senior leadership team to build a relational and strengths-based service.
- Participating in the operational management of the MASH.
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary ranges from £41,548 to £44,356, including a market supplement of £4,893 to £6,383.

Work Pattern:
