If so, West Berkshire Council have an exciting opportunity for you to join West Berkshire Council as an Employee Experience Advisor. Reporting to the Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting and enhancing employee engagement, equity, and wellbeing across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and implementation of employee engagement, equity, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on wellbeing matters.
  • Promoting a positive work-life balance and supporting flexible working arrangements.
  • Monitoring and analysing employee engagement, equity, and wellbeing data.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

  • A solid background in employee engagement, equity, and wellbeing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
