Job Description
The Facilities Team Leader position is based at Ruthven House, Inverness, with a schedule of 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00. This is a permanent role with a salary range between £34,034 and £38,056 per annum, typically starting at the first point of the scale.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee Soft Facilities Management services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Supervise and train team members as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs in the facilities.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Soft Facilities Management, such as SVQ/NVQ, or equivalent experience.
- A competent standard of literacy and numeracy.
- First Aid qualification or willingness to undergo training.
- Valid Driving Licence.
