Job Overview

West Sussex County Council - Schools is looking to recruit an Exams and Student Outcomes Manager who will be responsible for the organization of all internal and external examinations in the academy, ensuring exams operate smoothly and are compliant with exam regulations, GDPR, and KCSIE.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Exam Invigilators.
  • Provide administrative support for the coordination of External Visits.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation.

Working Pattern

Term time plus inset days, plus 5 days (40 weeks). Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary and Benefits

Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £23,975 per annum. Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly installments.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in a similar role and a full working knowledge of relevant policies and legislation would be an advantage.
