Summary

From Lidl's Head Office to the shop floor, Lidl's primary goal is to create and deliver a fantastic customer journey for everyone who shops at Lidl.

As a Customer Assistant, you will earn £348+ per week on a standard 30-hour contract. Your role will be varied, working across different shifts and tasks.

You must be 18 or over to work in Lidl's store as you are required to sell alcohol.

Shift Patterns:

  • Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am, you'll stock products and prepare bakery items.
  • Middle shift: Mid-morning or early afternoon, focusing on store cleanliness and customer assistance.
  • Late shift: In the afternoon, ensuring excellent customer service and store preparation for the next day.

Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Following stock loss controls.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Managing waste effectively.
  • Assisting in stock counting.

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude with excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliability and responsibility.
  • Enjoying a fast-paced, varied environment.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Previous customer-facing experience is preferred but not essential.
