Kitchen Sales Designer

You don't need to come from Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery's sector or have product knowledge; Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery will provide you with all the training and development you need.

Responsibilities

• Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery's customers are Traders and Homeowners, so with your newly learned knowledge of Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery's products and trained design skills, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Produce accurate plans and quotes in a professional and timely manner to create the perfect kitchen, while keeping Trade Customers updated throughout the process.
• Regularly visit customers’ homes or building sites, where you will draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to the customers.
• Ensure safety by adhering to all stay-safe policies and procedures.

Hours

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays). Flexible working hours can be discussed at the interview stage.

Experience and Skills Required

• No previous industry experience required, but Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery value transferable skills.
• A passion for customer service and sales.
• Strong communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
• A friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Methodical and tenacious approach with meticulous planning skills.
