Forecourt Team Leader

Overview

As a Forecourt Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of BATA Group's forecourt and convenience store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with retail experience to step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with company standards.
• Plan weekly rotas for your team.
• Manage stock ordering and replenishment.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and administration tasks.
• Oversee stock rotation and control.
• Handle cash control and reconciliation.
• Maintain store housekeeping to the highest standards.

Shift and Schedule
