Overview

The Role:

You’ll manage UK accounts including wholesalers, vape shops, and e-commerce platforms while identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. This role combines account management with new business development, focusing on meeting sales targets and expanding Flavour Warehouse Group's customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing UK accounts.
  • New Business: Identify new customers and opportunities with buyers and distributors.
  • Sales Pipeline: Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote Flavour Warehouse Group's premium vape brands and represent the company professionally.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and surpass sales goals while building long-term growth.
  • Customer Service: Deliver tailored, high-quality service to all clients.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate sales leads with retailers and distributors.

What Flavour Warehouse Group’re Looking for:

  • Sales Experience: Proven success in dynamic markets.
  • Vape Industry Knowledge: Desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and tackle commercial challenges.
